Hey guys! I’m back with a brand new subscription box review. It is one that I have never tried before, today I have a FabFitFun Editors Box review! I have heard lots of good things about this box, so I was really excited to give it a try.
First off, a little about the Fab Fit Fun box. It is a seasonal box, meaning that instead of being sent monthly it is only sent out 4 times per year, which I kind of love. If you sign up between seasons when it is too late for the regular boxes, you get the Editor’s Box, which according to their site is “the perfect introduction to the FabFitFun membership highlighting the products and brands most beloved by their editors and their members.” The FabFitFun boxes are curated with “amazing beauty, wellness, fashion, and fitness products.” So, this box reminds me a lot of the POPSUGAR Must Have box, with a few differences, since POPSUGAR is a monthly box. They are the same price, but I felt as though this box had more items, maybe? You can see my POPSUGAR reviews here to compare for yourself.
Okay, so. Let’s get into the box.
Fab Fit Fun Editor’s Box Review
My box came with a little mini magazine type insert, a list of all of the products and their retail values, and an awesome high value coupon to Hello Fresh!
Here’s what was included & my thoughts on each product.
The first thing I spotted was this ModCloth blanket scarf. This thing is HUGE. We will have some spotty cold weather still yet here and I look forward to trying it out, even if it is more suited for Fall, or the holidays. I should get to use it this year and of course it will get a lot of use next year.
This is a product that at first glance I was like meh, I don’t know if I will use this, but according to the insert, it helps with frizz, so I may give it a chance on my ends!
Next up is this Anderson Lilley Beach Butter Body Cream. This is perfect for dry winter skin, but I also think that this scent is going to be great for summer! I have to be careful about things I put on my skin, so there’s that, but I’ll definitely give it a chance!
Next, is this O.R.G. Mineral Peel Face, which I am actually pretty excited to try. I’m not big on face masks and things like that, but I probably need to be, honestly. This will be a nice one to try. The insert says “This all-natural enzyme exfoliant with brightening agents extracts dermal debris and dead skin in seconds. Simply spray it on, massage it off, and get ready to glow!”
This is another one of my favorites from the box, a Tag Necklace from Jook & Nona.
Next up is this MANNA KADAR Liplocked Priming Gloss Stain. The insert says this is “primer, lipgloss, and stain all in one, plus it adds moisturizing treatment to your lips”. I actually really like this color, which is kind of hard for me to say a lot of the time, so I can’t wait to try it and see how I like it.
Yay! Nail polish! This Zoya polish is not necessarily a color that I could ever see myself buying, but I do need more neutral colors, and I’ve never gotten to try Zoya, so I can’t wait to see how I like it.
This adorable cup is from The Created Co. and I obviously LOVE it! This is my favorite item in the box.
Finally, the last item in my box was this FabFitFun coloring book & colored pencils. This was a fun little surprise tucked into the bottom of my box, and it will definitely get used.
Okay, so let’s chat about these items really quick. First off, I want to say that some of these item values are like, woah. I really don’t ever see myself paying this much money for some of these things. Things I would have absolutely paid their full value price for: the scarf, the cup, and the Zoya polish. That being said, I would have paid for this box just for those items, as well. So, I am VERY pleased with my first FabFitFun box. Seeing that I got the Editor’s Box, I really can’t wait to see what the official FabFitFun boxes contain as well. I should get the Spring box here in a few months. The total retail value of this box was $257.98, which is so crazy, but absolutely makes the box worth the price.
