As a mom of two busy, busy boys, I do a lot to plan ahead and prepare to ensure that I am ready to face the day head on. Kids do not stop, no matter how you are feeling, that is for sure. They don’t quite understand “mommy’s tired” or maybe they don’t care? Ha! Whatever it is, the day doesn’t stop just because I didn’t get good sleep, are feeling sluggish, and could really use a 42 hour nap.
That’s why now I’m including one more step in my morning routine- my vitamins and supplements!
With on the go eating and the demands of my family and business- it’s no wonder I’m feeling tired! I go to bed at 10 or 11 and the baby is up between 1 and 3.. sometimes a couple of times! Stress can put even more of a drain on your energy metabolism- and I don’t know anyone with kids who isn’t stressed!
Luckily, there are vitamins and supplements that can help.
Vitamin B12 is essential for cellular energy production and a healthy nervous system!
I definitely find it difficult to keep my body running at top notch when time is short and I can’t take the best care of myself that I wish I could, that’s why I love that I have Nature Made to help.
