I am loving this cooler weather, it actually feels like Fall outside today! A week or so ago I made this really fun Caramel Apple Cider in my crock-pot, and I couldn’t wait to share it!
Here’s what you need to make it-
1/2 gallon of Apple Cider
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel sauce
To make it, dump all of the ingredients into your crock pot, minus the caramel. Stir well.
Cook on low for 3 hours. About 30 minutes before the timer goes off, add in caramel, stirring well. The brown sugar melts so well making this apple cider sweet and delicious.
Top with whipped cream or marshmallows, plus some extra caramel sauce.
This turned out so warm and spicy and perfect for Fall. Whip this up for your next Fall brunch, or just because on a cool Fall evening. This would even be great for a Halloween party!
