Pumpkin Spice Mudslide with Pumpkin Spice Baileys

Mudslides are one of my all-time favorite cocktails. I have spruced this one up a bit for Fall using Pumpkin Spice Baileys liqueur and Blue Bell Spiced Pumpkin Pecan ice cream, for an extra decadent drink. These are so easy to whip up right into your blender, and they are so yummy. You’ll need just a few things to put together this boozy milkshake.

Pumpkin Spice Mudslide

Here’s what you’ll need to make them-

• 3 scoops Blue Bell Spiced Pumpkin Pecan ice cream
• 3 tbsp milk
• 2 oz. Baileys Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
• 1 oz. vodka

Here’s how to make them-

• Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
• Dress up your mudslide with swirled chocolate or caramel sauce in your glass, then top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, more chocolate or caramel sauce, etc..
• Enjoy!

These are perfect for your Fall get-togethers and even Thanksgiving. This drink even doubles as dessert! The recipe serves one, but you can definitely double and make more than one, or make a few batches. A half gallon of the Blue Bell ice cream will make you about 4 drinks.
