Family Friendly Clean Eating Meal Plan | April 2019
Hey friends! I am gearing up for April by creating a meal plan for dinners each night. I began sharing my monthly meal plans last Fall, but then something happened. My husband and I started working our way towards a cleaner way of eating. I’m using the Month of Meals printable from my Meal Planner to plan our April dinners.
Now, I’ll be the first to admit my kiddos love their honey nut cheerios for breakfast, and lunches and snacks aren’t all clean, but I’ve been doing really well with our dinners. Of course, the ultimate goal is to get everyone eating mostly all “clean” foods, but with a toddler with ketotic hypoglycemia, we need him to eat, so we are picking our battles and making small changes as we go. I’m not really picky about seasonings, and I know there are a lot of gray areas with clean eating, but my main goal is to feed my family fresh meat, veggies, and fruits as much as possible.
The clean eating has been very helpful for my husband and I and our weight loss goals. If you are interested in what I’m doing, you can follow along over on Instagram.
Okay, so here are the 30 mostly clean eating dinners that I’ve got planned for April. I’ll probably add an additional vegetable or two with most of these, but these will be the main parts of the meal.

There you go, 30 days of clean eating dinners, with some days eating out and working on leftovers thrown in for each week. We will probably rearrange these on our monthly meals sheet to work around soccer practices, etc… I try to stay flexible with what meals we have on which day, just depending on our schedule.
