  • 1 (3 oz.) package of cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • Green gel food coloring
  • Toppings- extra cool whip or whipped cream, festive sprinkles, Airheads extremes rainbow candy

How to Make St. Patrick’s Day Pudding Shots

Step 1: Mix the pudding – in a large mxiing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and Baileys, until smooth.

Step 2: Add color- add a generous amount of green gel food coloring and whisk until fully combined with no streaks of color.

Step 3: Fold in Cool Whip- add the cool whip and whisk until fully combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.

Step 4: Fill the cups- spoon or pipe the pudding mixture into 2 ounce shot cups.

Step 5: Chill- Refrigerate for about an hour to let the shots get nice and cold, and the pudding to set.

Step 6: Decorate- Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a 1 inch piece of the rainbow candy.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package of cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup baileys Irish cream
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • green gel food coloring
  • Toppings- whipped cream, sprinkles, airheads extremes

Instructions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pudding, milk, and Baileys, whisking until smooth.
    2. Add a generous amount of green gel food coloring, and whisk to combine.
    3. Add the cool whip, and whisk until there are no more cool whip streaks.
    4. Fill up your 2 ounce shot cups with the pudding mixture. Optionally, you can chill these here for about an hour to get them nice and cold, or continue.
    5. Top the pudding shots with whipped cream, festive sprinkles, and a 1 inch piece of an airheads extreme rainbow candy.
