Our delicious Caramel Apple Mule recipe is such a fun twist on the classic Moscow Mule. We opted for Caramel flavored vodka instead of regular, and added a splash of caramel sauce and a splash of apple cider! It is an easy cocktail that is perfect for Fall. We love the caramel and apple combination with the spicy ginger beer. Serve some up in your favorite copper mugs and go ahead and add this one to your list of favorite Fall cocktails!

Why we love this recipe-

This Caramel Apple Cider Moscow Mule is the perfect Fall twist on a traditional Moscow Mule. We stuck with the staple ingredients- vodka and ginger beer, but dropped the lime in favor of some ingredients that are perfect for the Fall season.

We love seasonal cocktails and customizing  with the flavors of the season to make some new and interesting drinks. This one is so much fun, and perfect for Game Day, Fall parties, or even Thanksgiving!

Substitutions & Tips:

  • You can always use fresh ice in your icy cold copper mug. Feel free to add fresh ice and then strain the cocktail mixture into your cup.
  • Not a fan of sweeter cocktails? You can opt to skip the caramel sauce for a mule that is more apple forward.
  • You can use any vodka you have on hand. We love the sweet caramel vodka in this drink, but regular vodka will do.
  • We skipped the lime juice in our recipe, but you can always add a squeeze of fresh lime juice to cut some of the sweetness, as well.
