Can I make this with alcohol?

Absolutely, while we wanted a fun family friend, alcohol-free Pina Colada party punch, you can definitely spike this recipe for your adults-only parties, as well. Follow the recipe above for a Pina Colada Rum Punch, but swap 1-2 cups of seltzer water for rum for a fun boozy punch alternative.

Would this work in a drink dispenser?

Yes! We blended up the pineapple juice and the cream of coconut, because on its own, it can be pretty thick, but by blending it you can combine it right with the pineapple juice and you can serve this in a dispenser, from a punch bowl, or like we did from a large pitcher.
