Pina Colada Jello Shot FAQs
Where can I buy jello shot cups?
We have bought jello shot cups that are 2 and 3 oz. from Amazon, and we even find the 2 oz. jello shot cups used in this recipe, at our local Walmart!
Can I use coconut cream?
Coconut cream is not the same as cream of coconut by Coco Real. Coconut cream isn’t as sweet, and cream of coconut pours easier for cocktails, and jello shots. I don’t recommend substituting the cream of coconut, you won’t be disappointed!

Substitutions & Tips:
- Don’t have Malibu rum on hand? You can swap for white rum or another brand of coconut rum. This shot has a lot of coconut flavor so a regular rum should still work just fine.
- Plastic shot cups work best, I can be really difficult to enjoy jello shots out of a glass shot glass.
- You could also garnish these with a small pineapple wedge.
