How to make a large batch of Santa Claus-mopolitan cocktails-
To a large pitcher, add 1 cup vodka, 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice, 1/2 cup triple sec, and 1/2 cup fresh lime juice. You can, of course, double, or even triple these amounts for even bigger batches! Keep your pitcher chilled for a quick and easy way to serve these at a Christmas party or holiday cocktail party.
Substitutions & Tips:
- You can also garnish these with an orange slice or a twist of orange peel!
- We used sweetened cranberry cocktail juice, if you use unsweetened cranberry juice, you may want to add some simple syrup to the recipe.
- A sprig of rosemary is also a great festive touch for garnish.
