Why You’ll Love These
- They’re perfectly portioned- everyone gets their own cup of holiday cheer.
- Festive and colorful- we found these cute red and green charcuterie cups on Amazon, they even come with adorable christmas tree toothpicks.
- Simple but elegant- no special tools or fancy ingredients are required to make these. You can get as fancy, or stay as budget-friendly, as you want.
- Easy to prep ahead- you can easily make these a few hours early, and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Ingredients
- 30 pieces of salami, or other charcuterie meat – here are the best ones to use that are delicious and budget friendly
- 6 cracker slices of cheddar cheese
- 12 blackberries
- 18 grapes
- 6 rosemary sprigs
- 6-12 club crackers
- 6 gherkins
- 6 red & green Christmas charcuterie cups
- 24-30 mini skewers – we used the ones included with the cups, plus these bamboo skewers.
- Star cookie cutter

Directions
Step 1: Start by adding a sprig of rosemary to each cup. Next, cut stars out of the cracker slices of cheese. Discard the excess cheese.

Step 2: Fold the salami pieces in half and then in half again, and skewer 4-5 onto a skewer. Add those to the cups.

Step 3: For the cheese, add the cheese star to a skewer and add on a couple of blackberries.
Step 4: Add a gherkin to a skewer, and add that to each of the cups. Finally, add 3 grapes to a skewer and add.
NOTE: To create different heights of the ingredients, you can cut off a bit of the skewer to make the grapes sit lower in the cups.

Variations & Ideas
- Make these kid friendly by skipping any ingredients they don’t love, and adding those that they do. My kids love pepperoni in place of salami, and of course more cheese and fruit!
- Make these spicy by adding pepper jack cheese, hot pickles, or a spicy salami!
- For a sweet touch, add chocolate covered pretzels, candied nuts, or other sweet ingredients. You can also just add loose ingredients to the bottom of the cups. This helps the skewers stay in place, too.
