Irish Coffee Recipe with Baileys and Jameson
Hey friends, I have a fun seasonal drink for you today that you can enjoy next month while celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! I wanted to create a delicious Irish Coffee recipe to share, and this one is delicious!

It takes just a few ingredients, and you’ll be enjoying a nice warm cup of Irish Coffee.
Here’s what you’ll need-
- 2/3 cup hot freshly brewed coffee
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
You could also alter this a bit to suit your tastes, I added the heavy whipping cream to give it a little more creaminess, but you could certainly just use Baileys if that’s what you prefer, and you could opt out of the whiskey as well, for a version with a little less alcohol.
Consider trying our Homemade Irish Cream in this recipe!
I also topped mine with a whole lot of whipped cream for a really yummy treat.
Step 1: To make it, start with your freshly brewed hot coffee- whatever type you have on hand will do fine.
Step 2: Add the 2 tsp of brown sugar first, so it can melt in the coffee. Then add your 1 oz. of Baileys Irish Cream.
Step 3: Then, add yourself a half ounce of heavy whipping cream for an extra creamy coffee, or if you prefer some extra of that Baileys flavor, opt for another ounce of Baileys.
Step 4: Give it a quick stir, then top generously with whipped cream.
