We love a boozy coffee cocktail, and this Bailey’s Iced Coffee is such a delicious cocktail for any coffee lover. All you need is some cold brew coffee (or some hot coffee, cooled), and Bailey’s! Ice is good too, and if you want toppings that just makes your boozy iced coffee even better.

Why we love this recipe:

• We love Baileys. We have made so many Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur cocktails, but this Baileys Iced Coffee is our favorite boozy iced coffee recipe.
• This makes for a great hot weather cocktail, a perfect brunch drink, or a delicious after-dinner drink.
• We love drinks with simple ingredients, and this definitely falls into that category.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cold brew coffee (either store bought or home brewed)
• Baileys Irish Cream
• Whipped cream for topping, optional
• Ice (or coffee cubes- see our substitutions and tips below)

Note: You can also just brew some strong regular coffee and allow it to cool if you don’t want to fuss with making cold brew.

Directions:

Step 1: Fill a tall glass with ice.

Step 2: Pour in cold coffee.

Step 3: Add Baileys Irish Cream to taste. (Usually, about a 1-1 ratio, equal parts coffee and Bailey’s.)

Step 4: Top with whipped cream, if desired.

Substitutions & Tips:

• You can add any yummy coffee toppings you like- chocolate shavings, chocolate syrup, etc..

• Freeze up some coffee ice cubes so your iced coffee doesn’t get watered down. Just let your coffee cool, pour into an ice cube tray, and freeze!
• If you need sweetener, you can always add your sweetener of choice.
• You can up the booze factor in this drink by adding Kahlua coffee liqueur or a liquor, like vodka. Vanilla vodka would be a delicious addition.
