If you are looking for a way to make your own Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte at home I’ve got you. This makes for a delicious drink that is sure to hit those pumpkin cravings, plus, you can make one anytime you want if you keep a few ingredients on hand. We used easy, instant espresso to make ours, but you can use your cold brew coffee or premade espresso, too. In my personal opinion, this recipe is better than the coffee shop version. Plus, you know what ingredients are in your drink, and you can use any milk you like- coconut milk, oat milk, soy milk, or another non-dairy milk.

Here’s why we love this recipe-
- It is so easy to make! You don’t need an espresso machine, you can use instant or just a strong coffee that is cold.
- We used simple ingredients. I love keeping pumpkin puree on hand in the Fall for all my drink recipes, and the rest I usually keep as pantry staples.
- This iced coffee recipe is full of Fall flavors, perfect for pumpkin spice season.
- You can enjoy your favorite pumpkin spice latte any time of year with this recipe.
- This is also a great way to use up any leftover pumpkin puree from other recipes.

Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso (or ½ cup of strong brewed coffee)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. Pumpkin puree (make sure it is pure pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling)
- ½ tbsp. Maple syrup
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- Ice
- Whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice for topping, optional

Directions:
Step 1: In a large measuring cup, use a milk frother or immersion blender to blend together milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.

Step 2: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Step 3: Pour in espresso.

Step 4: Pour the mixture over the espresso.

Step 5: If desired, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

Substitutions & Tips:
- If the maple syrup doesn’t add enough sweetness for you, add a small amount of brown sugar, or whatever sweetener you prefer.
- You can use your choice of milk- skim milk or whole milk, or use a non-dairy alternative.
- You can use a pumpkin pie spice blend, or you can use your own homemade pumpkin pie spice.
- You can easily make your own cold foam instead of the whipped cream, by using the milk frother to froth some extra milk for the top.

We love this easy homemade iced pumpkin spice latte. It is full of pumpkin flavor, using simple ingredients you can find right at the grocery store. That means no matter what time of year you can enjoy a delicious iced pumpkin spice latte. Also, don’t be afraid to try instant espresso. We do not have an espresso maker, but I love using Delallo Instant Espresso to make fun coffee drinks.
