- ⅓ cup milk, plus more if needed
- 2 tbsp. Vanilla frosting
- Valentines sanding sugar and sprinkles
- Whipped cream for topping

How to Make a Valentine’s Milkshake
Step 1: To rim the milkshake glass, use a butter knife to add a small layer of frosting all around the outer rim of your glass, then sprinkle with sanding sugar.
