Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Can I make these into mini pumpkin cheese balls?

Absolutely! You can form these into smaller cheese balls, making the pumpkin shape by wrapping a few rubber bands around them to make the pumpkin shape, and using pretzel sticks for the stems.

How many days ahead can you make a cheese ball?

I would trust this cheese ball tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, so you can definitely make it ahead of time. Your cheese ball may get extra hard after an extended time in the fridge, just make sure to pull it out 30-45 minutes before serving so it can begin to come to room temperature.
