FAQs

Can I make Charcuterie Cups the night before?

You can, just wait for any bread items or crackers, adding those just before you are ready to serve, so they don’t go stale. To store them, wrap with plastic wrap and place into the refrigerator.

How do you transport individual charcuterie cups?

To transport these fun appetizers, use a pan that has a higher edge, such as a cake pan, and fill in any space around the cups with tissue paper so they don’t fall over. If your cup bottoms are small enough, you may be able to place them into the cups of a muffin tin, which would be even more secure.
