S’mores Cocktail
This S’mores Cocktail is one of my most favorite cocktails, ever. It is perfect for Summer, or Fall, really, and just makes such a fun presentation if you wanted to serve these to party guests, or just enjoy one for yourself! This is, obviously, the best cocktail for National S’mores Day, too!
This cocktail is really similar to a white russian, with vodka, kahlua, and cream. However, our chocolate rim and marshmallow garnish are really giving S’mores vibes for this fun drink. We served this in an old-fashioned glass style of cocktail glass, but you can always serve it in whatever cocktail glass you love, we don’t judge!
S’mores Cocktail Ingredients:
- ¼ cup chocolate shell ice cream topping
- 2 crushed graham crackers
- Ice
- 2 oz. whipped cream vodka
- 2 oz. kahlua
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- 1 jumbo marshmallow, toasted
S’mores Cocktail Directions:
Step 1: To rim of the glass, add the shell ice cream topping to a shallow dish, then dip the rim into the shell topping, coating all the way around.
Step 2: Quickly sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the shell topping. Hold and spin the glass for just a minute to allow the topping to set a bit.
Step 3: Add a handful of ice to the glass, then combine vodka and kahlua. Slowly pour over heavy cream.
Step 4: Garnish with the jumbo toasted marshmallow. Swirl a bit before sipping. Enjoy!
Take this drink up a notch
- Add an ounce of chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, or a splash of chocolate milk to really make this cocktail something special.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup or chocolate sauce around the inside of the glass.
- Add a splash of Baileys Irish Cream. Yum!
- Also top with a piece of chocolate bar!
Tip: If you think you’ll enjoy toasted marshmallows in your cocktails often, a kitchen torch is a great tool to have on hand in your cocktail bar!
Substitutions
- Vodka- You can use regular vodka, or any you have on hand. Vanilla vodka and if you can find it, marshmallow vodka would both be delicious!
- Marshmallow- You can opt to top these with mini marshmallows, or even whipped cream if that’s what you have on hand.
