Ritz Christmas Cookies

We are obsessed with these adorable, delicious Ritz Christmas Cookies. If you’ve never made these before, they are basically two ritz crackers, with peanut butter sandwiched between, that are taken and dipped into melted chocolate or candy. We added the cutest Christmas sprinkles, of course, to make these fun and festive treats for the holiday season. They may look a little complicated to make, but it couldn’t be easier.

These are such a fun and easy treat to add to your Christmas “baking” list this year. This sweet and salty treat is part cookie, part candy, which makes it perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • Ritz crackers
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Vanilla almond bark
  • Chocolate almond bark
  • Christmas sprinkles

Directions

Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.

Step 2: Take the ritz crackers, and add a layer of peanut butter. Top with another ritz cracker, and move to the parchment paper.

Step 3: Once all of the cookie sandwiches are made, melt the almond bark candy by microwaving for 30 second intervals, stirring well in between, until melted.

Step 4: To cover with the melted candy, place a ritz sandwich onto a fork, and use a spoon to pour the melted candy over the cookies.

Step 5: Let the excess candy drip off and move to the parchment paper.

Step 6: Sprinkle the cookies with Christmas sprinkles as you go.

Step 7: Once all of the cracker sandwiches are coated, move the cookies to the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the candy to set.
