Here’s a simple rhythm you can follow each day-
- Choose 5-10 habits you want to focus on this month- or track even more habits!
- Place your habit tracker somewhere you’ll see it daily.
- Fill in each day you complete the habit with check marks, or shade the box in.
- Review your tracker at the end of the week + month.
Even small wins add up- and habit tracking helps you see your progress.
