13 Spooky Halloween Cocktails

Spooky Halloween Cocktails to Try

There are so many fun ways to make a cocktail feel Halloween-ready. Some of these drinks get their spooky look from bright green, purple, red, or even black colors, while others are inspired by witches, vampires, poison apples, and other Halloween favorites.

You’ll also find plenty of different flavors in this collection, so there’s something for just about everyone. Pick one signature cocktail for your party or choose a few and set up a Halloween drink menu.

Easy Ways to Make Your Drinks Feel More Halloween

Half the fun of a Halloween cocktail is how you serve it. You don’t need to buy special glassware or spend a ton of time decorating each drink, either.

Try adding a colored sugar rim, Halloween drink picks, gummy worms, candy eyeballs, plastic spiders, or other small Halloween touches. Black, orange, purple, and green straws are another easy addition.

You can also use fresh fruit to play up the colors in your cocktail. Blackberries, cherries, limes, oranges, and pomegranate arils all work well for Halloween without making the drink feel overly gimmicky.

If you’re serving several cocktails at a party, set up a small drink station with glasses, garnishes, napkins, and a few Halloween decorations. It keeps everything together and gives guests an easy place to grab a drink.

What to Serve With Halloween Cocktails

If you’re making drinks for a Halloween party, add a few easy appetizers and snacks so there’s plenty of food available, too. Dips, finger foods, snack mixes, and small bites all work well because guests can grab something whenever they want.

For something sweet, Halloween cookies, cupcakes, Oreo balls, and other bite-sized treats are easy to serve alongside your drinks.
