Hey guys! I have something fun to share today! As I mentioned previously, I recently lost my “office” space to get ready for the new baby & convert that room in to a nursery. So, my stuff has kind of scattered around the house. However, I’ve been getting a little clever with my storage space and coming up with some storage solutions for the important stuff- you know, like my planner supplies. 😉
So, I wanted to share with ya’ll how I’m organizing it without having that designated space for my office & planner stuff anymore.
So, I purchased this cart from Target, it’s not available online but I’ve seen them in a few different stores. I love the color and that the drawers are reversible- you can have the design or the plain color on the front, whichever you want.
I went ahead and attached the wheels to this thing too, that way I can roll it with me around the house!
In the top drawer, I keep my Erin Condren Planner, my Filofax, and an accordion folder thing with my most used planner stickers. There’s also a little bowl that holds some cute planner clips I’ve accumulated, my planner band from Rainbows and Pixie Dust on Etsy, plus my white out and adhesive roller.
In the next drawer I keep my notebooks from Erin Condren and my address book, plus some extra notepads, rulers, and a pouch with my favorite pens to use in my planners.
Finally, in the bottom drawer I have a mish mash of things- extra notebooks, a fabric cube that holds extra pens, sticky notes, notepads, and other planner odds and ends. I have this red felt envelope that holds my extra Erin Condren planner covers as well, a cup for the rest of my pens, and my washi ring from The Reset Girl!
I was worried that this cart would become a mess quick, but I’ve been using it for well over a month or so now and it’s easy to maintain and put things back in their place and I am loving it.
Finally, I keep this little bag that I received free with an order from Erin Condren in case I ever want to grab my planner “essentials” and take them on the go, or if I don’t want to wheel the whole cart when I’m going to do my planning. Usually when I do this I just grab both my planners, my sticker pouch, and my pen pouch and I’m good to go.
So, that’s how I’m organizing all my planner stuff now and I hope maybe that gave you guys some inspiration on how to organize all your goodies if you are short on space like I am with the new baby coming. Let me know what you think in the comments!
