Erin Condren Wellness Log

Hey friend! I’ve been using this Erin Condren Wellness Log for a couple of weeks now. This little book is part of the Petite Planner line from Erin Condren. She also has smaller planners for travel, meal planning, budgeting, pregnancy, new baby, and gratitude! I love the space that the wellness log has, and it will last you 6 months, so the $12 price point just can’t be beaten. Let’s dive in and talk about it.

There are pages to set your goals, but my favorite is this weekly layout in this book. There is so much room to record your activity and food, and then it tracks my favorite things- water, steps, and sleep. I haven’t charged my Fitbit this week, which is why I don’t have any steps recorded, but I’m hoping to get back in the habit of wearing it next week. I want to start sharing more about my weight loss journey here on the blog, too, so look for that in the coming weeks.

We just recently restarted our membership to Snap Fitness, and I’ve been doing my best to not miss more than one day at a time (of course I messed up this week), but I’m really just trying to make going to the gym a habit, so it is nice to have lots of space to write down what I’ve done.

I also love the new Erin Condren fitness stickers, which are only $2.50 a sheet, which is really nice. I’ll probably go through them pretty quickly but they are cute and just match with the planner so well.

Yes, I snack on roasted corn on the cob, hahaha, and I definitely used this sticker to remind myself to keep moving forward after eating buffalo sliders and take out back to back. Not my best dinners this week, for sure.

I feel like this book really reflects #momlife in true fashion, I eat some weird stuff when I’m just trying to make sure I eat something during the day. This is definitely something I am working on.

Of course in this book, I use my favorite pens and my favorite highlighters.

So, that is it for the Erin Condren Wellness Log. I love this little planner for tracking my food and activity, and it is a great option for you if that is something you are looking to keep track of.
