  • 1 (16 oz.) can of refried beans
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 cup prepared guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (3.8 oz.) can of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

How to Make 7 Layer Dip Cups

Step 1: Add the refried beans and taco seasoning to a medium mixing bowl, and stir until smooth and well combined. Divide the refried beans between the cups to make the bottom layer.

Step 2: Take the  guacamole, and divide it evenly between the cups.

Step 3: Next, add a layer of sour cream to the cups.

Step 4: Take the shredded cheese to make the next layer, divide evenly between the cups.

Step 5: Top the cups with black olives, tomatoes, and green onions.
