- They are the perfect sweet and salty combination!

- They’re perfect for Fall parties, snack trays, or just because you want something delicious.
- They only need a few ingredients, and come together super quick!

Ingredients
- 30 Rolo candies
- 30 tiny twist pretzels
- 2-3 granny smith apples
- Toothpicks
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Directions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Chop the granny smith apples into chunks, and toss in the fresh lime juice to prevent browning. **The lime juice is KEY. Fresh lime juice is best, or you can use bottled lime or lemon juice!**

Step 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the pretzels onto the pan.
Step 4: Place a Rolo candy onto each pretzel.

Step 5: Bake at 250 for 3 minutes, until the candies just begin to melt.
Step 6: Remove from the oven, and press an apple chunk into each melted candy.

Step 7: Carefully press a tooth pick into each apple.
Step 8: Move the caramel apple bites to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour so the candy can set.

Tips & Tricks
- Cut the apples last– this will keep them fresh and crisp! Plus, don’t forget the lime or lemon juice!
- Serve these the same day! They’re best when the apples are fresh. You can certainly store them, refrigerated for a day or so, if needed, but they probably won’t last that long!
- Want to fancy these up? Drizzle with melted white chocolate or sprinkle with crushed nuts or Fall sprinkles.
- Try other candies– you can experiment and vary these up by swapping the Rolos for peanut butter cups, mini snickers (cut in half), or whatever candy you have on hand!

Fun Variations
Feeling extra? Try these tweaks:
- Use Honeycrisp or Fuji apples for a sweeter bite
- Make them spooky – add candy eyeballs or Halloween sprinkles for a themed treat
- Turn it into a platter – serve these bites as part of a mini dessert board with popcorn, caramel corn, and chocolates, or make our Caramel Apple Board!
These Caramel Apple Pretzel Bites are the ultimate fall snack! Simple, tasty, and just the right size for easy snacking. Whether you are preparing them for a party or making a quick after school snack, they’re bound to be a hit!
