Hey ya’ll! January is fast approaching and I know many of us will be wanting to get back on track with our health and fitness goals. So, I have something fun to share with you today! These are my top 3 fitness planners for 2017. I have used each of these planners and can tell you why I love each one of them. I thought that would be fun to share and maybe you will find the best fitness planner for you!
I mentioned that I’ve used each of these planners at one point in time. I have to give full disclosure, the newest Recollections fitness planner is my total favorite, and I am using this for 2017. However, there are 2 other great contenders depending on what you are looking for. I’ll have links below, too, so you can check each one out.
The Happy Planner – Fitness Edition
I love this planner for all of the reasons that I love Happy Planners. The fun discs allow you to add pages to the planner, and it was the first full size fitness planner of its kind. It is pretty detailed with places for each week to record your fitness, meals, and water intake in a weekly overview. Plus, with the sidebar you can set goals for each week, etc. It also comes with the monthly layout of a standard planner as well. This planner spans 12 months and is undated. If you’d like to see more you can check it out over at Michaels.com or Amazon.com
The Fitbook
The Fitbook has been around for a while. I used this after my first son was born to get back into shape. This little planner is small and so handy for carrying on the go, or using at home. This book allows you to create a 12 week plan for your fitness goals, each book lasts for 12 weeks. You have a weekly plan section where you can plan out your meals, cardio, and strength training in a weekly overview. There are stats trackers for each week and one for the entire 12 weeks. One neat thing about this book, there are daily pages to track specific strength training exercises and cardo, as well as a food log. This is by far the most detailed book, but it does only last 12 weeks. You can check it out at Fitbook.com or on Amazon.
The Recollections Fitness Planner
My favorite planner, you can see detailed photos and info over on my post here. I feel like this planner is very goal focused, which is something that I really love. You get a monthly calendar plus your weekly overview where you can record workouts, meals, water intake, and hours slept. (It goes perfectly with your Fitbit!) This is the planner I’m using for 2017 and you can see more about it at Michaels.com
So there you have it guys! Those are my top picks for Fitness Planners for 2017. I hope you guys found this helpful & I hope you find a fitness planner you love!
