Happy Planner Fitness Planner
I’m back with another planner flip through today. This time it is the Happy Planner FITNESS planner. This planner is one that I included in my Happy Planner transformer planner, as well, and I wanted to share it with you guys in case you are looking for a great fitness or health planner to use. I was also only able to find this one on the actual Happy Planner website, but you might get lucky and find one here on Amazon, as well. It looks like Joann is out of stock, but it never hurts to check there, too. Don’t forget your coupon!
I also filmed a flip through video, if you are interested in watching that, you can catch it down below.

This planner starts off with a fun fitness oriented dashboard where you can write your goals and reflect on the month. There’s a space for holidays and birthdays, but this could easily be changed to something different related to fitness or health.

One of my favorite things about this planner is the adorable dividers- of course, that’s my favorite thing about most Happy Planners in general. This one has some really cute dividers that are motivational, too.

I think this one is my favorite…

Then, this planner has the monthly view. It is undated, so you can start it whenever you want. Pro tip: If you find an undated planner you love, buy multiples. I have two of these so I can use this one for two years. They may come out with a fitness planner I like later, but sometimes I am not a huge fan of the new stuff, so this make sure I’ve got one to use for a while.

Next, there is the weekly view, one for each week, also undated. There’s a notes section on the side, and then I love the sections in this fitness planner. Happy Planner typically sticks to this same layout with all of their fitness planners and I love it.

You have a “Today” section where you can write to-do’s if needed, like if this is your main planner. Or, you can write your plan for the day in regards to fitness/health. You have a small box where you can write your priority. Of course, these sections can always be used for anything you want. You could write down motivational health related quotes, or anything. I like to use the “Today” section to add some motivational stickers I find in the fitness sticker books. Then, you have a section for your food log and your exercise to track that stuff each day.

There you have it, the undated Happy Planner FITNESS planner!
Don’t forget, you can get it at Joann’s, if it comes back in stock, Amazon, or the Happy Planner website if you want to grab one. Also be sure to check out my video update of adding this to my Happy Planner transformer planner, too!
