Tips for the Best Layered Taco Dip

  • Let the cream cheese soften before mixing for a smoother texture
  • Pat pico de gallo dry slightly if it is very watery to prevent excess liquid in the dip. If you use salsa- drain some of the liquid off.
  • Use freshly shredded cheese for the best flavor and texture.
  • Make it spicy by adding jalapenos or using a spicy taco seasoning.
