Cupcake Baking Tips
Here are a few things I’ve learned when it comes to baking a delicious cupcake.
- For starters, get all of your cold ingredients to room temperature, this makes for an easier time mixing and your cupcakes will come out perfect this way.
- Always use cupcake liners. Something about cupcakes, maybe the sugar, make these really prone to sticking, so I always play it safe with some good cupcake liners.
- Use a cookie scoop to add your cupcake batter to the muffin tin. This is an easy, less messy way of filling your cupcakes.
- Use a piping bag and tips to pipe on the frosting. This is going to give you those beautiful magazine worthy cupcakes.
