Free Printable Date Stickers

These free printable date stickers are so cute and perfect for dating your undated planner, whether you are using a paper planner, bullet journal, or a digital planner! These are for personal use only, but you can save them and print and cut as many as you need!

I have more than one file format for you, depending on what you want to use. There is a PDF file, PNG sticker file, silhouette file, and a transparent PNG file. The transparent PNG is perfect for a Cricut cutting machine, or adding to your digital planner.

These actual size of these stickers is .4 inches in diameter, so they’re not to small but not too big, either, for most planners. For digital planning, you can obviously change them to any size you need. Feel free to measure the size of your planner or the boxes you want to use these on to make sure they will fit! They’re probably best used in larger planners like the Erin Condren planner or the Classic Happy Planner.

If you are new to printing your own planner stickers, I have a helpful tutorial on how to print and cut planner stickers.

You’ll need a few tools, for starters an InkJet printer. If you are printing stickers regularly to use in your planner, I can’t recommend HP Instant Ink enough, and that’s because you pay per page, no matter how much ink is used, which is perfect for stickers that use a lot of ink! You can see my recommendations here for the best paper for printing planner stickers. Laser printers are fine, too, if you have one. Just pay attention to the sticker paper you are using to be sure it works for laser. I don’t think you need anything special printer-wise, and if it will print on a high quality setting, that is even better. You’ll find that inside of your printer settings.

Then, you’ll need a way to cut your stickers. You can just use a pair of scissors, or you can use the silhouette cut file with a silhouette portrait or silhouette cameo. Use the transparent PNG to cut these stickers with cricut design space, too for your Cricut cutting machine.

This is extra, but a paper trimmer can come in handy for cutting the fill paper into smaller sticker sheets for storage.

These stickers are designed to be printed right onto an 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of sticker paper, and they’ll take up most of the page so you aren’t wasting a bunch of your paper.
