Hey Happy Planner friends! Today I wanted to share with you an inside look at the Healthy Hero Happy Planner that you can use for fitness, or as an all in one planner for planning your days and tracking your health and fitness goals. I also filmed a flip through of this planner, which you can see below!

I included this planner in my “franken planner” or “transformer planner” that I shared earlier this month. It is great for tracking your health and fitness goals, and you can also use it as an all-in-one planner, too, if you’d prefer. I talked more about that in the video. You can see that below. I’d also love to have you subscribe to my Youtube channel so you don’t miss any of my videos.
Alright, so the planner starts with the classic page to write your name, with some special touches for this Healthy Hero version.
Then, you flip right on through into the monthly and weekly views. The monthly sections have this fun dashboard. I wrote in January, so I’m sharing February. They’re all the same with some minor design changes for each month. You have space to write 3 main goals for the month, a little dot grid section to write down what inspires you, a place for important dates for the month, then some sections below to jot down some notes on how you are strengthening your mind, your body, and what you are loving about yourself.
Then, each month has a super inspirational divider, of course. This planner is considered a “deluxe” planner, and one of the features that it has are these really pretty foiled dividers throughout.
In the monthly view, you have a traditional monthly view with a sidebar labeled top priorities for the month.
Now, the weekly view for this planner is really cool. Technically, you could use this as your main planner- putting your important dates and appointments, along with your to-do list in the “Today” section, then tracking your food and exercise below. I talked in my video about how I’m using the “Today” section for journaling a bit about how the day went.
At the back of this planner, you have a few extras. There is this 30-day self-care challenge sheet, plus some other 30-day challenge sheets, as well.
I wish the planner had these for each month- they are so fun for tracking goals for the month.
Finally, you have 6 of these “Time to Reflect” sheets, you could fill one of these out every other month.
Oh, and how can we forget these rings! This deluxe planner has gold metal rings. They are so pretty and I’m actually using them on my “franken planner” now, too.
I just love this Healthy Hero planner. If you missed it, I talked here about why I chose this planner over the Erin Condren Wellness log that I was going to use for 2019. What planner are you using to track your health and fitness? Share with us in the comments!
