This free Halloween party printable pack includes Halloween food labels, cupcake toppers, food flags, and 8×10 party decorations. Print the whole set for a coordinated Halloween party table, or just use the pieces you need!
Whether you’re planning a Halloween party at home, a classroom celebration, a spooky movie night, or a Halloween get-together with friends, these printables are an easy way to make everything feel a little more festive.
Free Halloween Party Printable Pack
I love party printables because they can completely change the look of a party table without requiring a lot of extra decorating.
For this Halloween set, I’ve included several different printable decorations that you can mix and match throughout your party.
The free printable pack includes:
- Halloween food label cards
- Halloween cupcake toppers
- Halloween food flags
- 8×10 Halloween party signs
- Blank labels you can customize for your own Halloween foods
Print everything for a complete matching setup, or choose just a few pages for a smaller celebration.
Halloween Food Labels
One of my favorite parts of a Halloween party is giving ordinary party foods spooky names.

The printable Halloween food labels are perfect for labeling appetizers, desserts, drinks, candy, and other goodies on your Halloween buffet.
You could use them for fun Halloween foods such as Monster Munch, Witch’s Brew, Vampire Blood, Spider Eggs, Mummy Dogs, Witch Fingers, Zombie Brains, Bat Wings, Ghostly Goodies, or Dirt and Worms.
There are also blank food cards included so you can write in the names of whatever you’re serving.
Set the cards in front of each dish on your food table, or use small place card holders to display them.
Halloween Cupcake Toppers
Dress up homemade or store-bought cupcakes with the matching Halloween cupcake toppers.

After printing and cutting out the toppers, attach each one to a toothpick or small food-safe party pick. Then simply insert them into your cupcakes.
You can also use the toppers to decorate brownies, cake slices, donuts, or other individual Halloween desserts.
This is an especially easy trick if you don’t want to make elaborate Halloween desserts. Add Halloween sprinkles and one of the printable toppers to a basic frosted cupcake, and you’ve instantly made it party-ready.
Halloween Food Flags
The printable Halloween food flags are another fun way to decorate your party food.

Attach the flags to toothpicks or food picks and use them to decorate:
- Sandwiches and sliders
- Cheese cubes
- Fruit
- Brownies
- Cupcakes
- Donut holes
- Meatballs
- Appetizers
- Individual snack cups
You can even mix the flags and cupcake toppers together across your food table to carry the same Halloween theme throughout the party.
Printable Halloween Party Signs
I’ve also included 8×10 Halloween party decorations that coordinate with the rest of the printable set.

Print the signs onto cardstock and pop them into inexpensive 8×10 frames for one of the easiest Halloween decorations ever.
Display them on your food or dessert table, entryway table, kitchen counter, or anywhere else your Halloween party could use a little extra spooky decor.
If you don’t have frames, you can also prop the signs on small easels or simply attach them to the wall.
Easy Halloween Party Food Ideas
Once your decorations are ready, you’ll need some spooky snacks to fill your Halloween table!
You don’t have to make everything Halloween-themed, either. I like combining a few really fun Halloween recipes with easy party staples and then using Halloween food labels and decorations to bring everything together.
Some fun ideas for your party include:
- Mummy hot dogs
- Halloween taco dip
- Halloween guacamole
- Graveyard cupcakes
- Halloween snack mix
- Witch’s brew punch
You can also put out bowls of popcorn, pretzels, chips, candy, fruit, or other simple snacks and give them funny Halloween names using the blank food labels.

How to Print Your Halloween Party Decorations
For the best results, I recommend printing your Halloween decorations on white cardstock. Cardstock makes the food labels, toppers, flags, and signs sturdier than regular printer paper.
For pieces that need to be folded or wrapped around a toothpick, regular heavyweight printer paper can also work well.
Print your pages at 100% or actual size unless your printer settings indicate otherwise.
Then, cut out each piece with scissors or a paper trimmer.
For the food flags, fold the flag around a toothpick and secure the two sides together with double-sided tape or a small amount of glue.
Cupcake toppers can be attached to toothpicks or food picks with tape.
More Spooky Halloween Food Ideas
Need even more ideas for filling in the blank Halloween food labels? Here are some fun names you can use:
Savory foods: Monster Toes, Skeleton Bones, Bat Wings, Mummy Dogs, Spider Eggs, Witch Fingers, Monster Mash, Coffin Sandwiches, Bloody Salsa, Ghostly Guacamole, or Witch’s Cauldron Dip.
Sweet treats: Ghost Poop, Bat Droppings, Monster Eyeballs, Graveyard Pudding, Dirt & Worms, Pumpkin Patch Treats, Monster Cookies, Spiderweb Cupcakes, Mummy Brownies, or Trick-or-Treat Sweets.
Halloween drinks: Witch’s Brew, Vampire Blood, Swamp Water, Zombie Punch, Monster Juice, Poison Apple Punch, Pumpkin Punch, or Witch’s Potion.
Have fun with it! Even something as simple as red fruit punch becomes much more exciting at a Halloween party when you label it “Vampire Blood.”
Halloween Party Ideas for Kids and Adults
These printable decorations can work for just about any kind of Halloween celebration.
For a kids’ Halloween party, fill the table with easy finger foods, cupcakes, Halloween candy, and a colorful punch. Add a few Halloween games or printable activities to keep everyone entertained.
For an adult Halloween party, use the food labels for appetizers, dips, desserts, cocktails, and mocktails. Add some candles, pumpkins, spiderwebs, and darker Halloween decorations around the printable signs for a spookier look.
They’re also great for classroom Halloween parties, Halloween movie nights, fall festivals, neighborhood parties, and family Halloween nights at home.
